Paddle and practice yoga with Simply Fitness Saturday @9 am or Sunday @10:30 am.Join the class as you navigate a gentle introduction to paddle boarding & yoga. Paddling can be a fun and pleasantly challenging way to increase your recreational activity.
Commune with nature, any fitness level can explore yoga on the board.
Up to 5 participants in each session. Paddleboard, life jacket, tethered anchor and paddle provided, just bring yourself 🙂
